Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was brought into the world on January 27, 1756 in Salzburg, Austria.. Mozart was a prolific and influential composer of the Classical Era. His parents were Leopold and Maria Pertl Mozart. Mozart showed musical talent at a very young age. At the age of 5 mozart was composing minuets. At the age of 6 he played before the Bavarian Elector and the Austrian Empress. His father taught him, which teaching Mozart wasn’t hard because he knew a lot already, his father was his largest influence. In 1763, Leopold, took Mozart and his sister, Maria Anna, on a concert tour of Europe. The children performed in many courts and large cities including Paris, London, and Germany. While with his mother he composed many works such as the Paris Symphony in 1778. During this time his mother had passed away , Made him ve ry mourningful and brought him into a state of depression. So much going on in his life at one time he eventually went to Salzburg in 1779 and was made the court organist. This is the part of his life that was rather boring but he still enjoyed making the Coronation Mass . He got a call from Vienna and this is where his career started to skyrocket because he was called by Von Colloredo . In Vienna his popularity and career was so great, that he winded up creating â€Å"The Abduction from the Seraglio.
